Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to fulfill and shipping takes about 4-7 business days through USPS. Please get it touch with us if you have any questions on your order: hello@pilliproducts.com
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders to 48 contiguous U.S. States (plus Washington D.C.) and $10 flat rate to Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. & U.S. territories (including P.O. Boxes). At this time, we are not shipping internationally outside of U.S.
How is my Pilli packaged?
Shipping won’t have the Pilli logo on the box but will have Pilli packaging inside and will have Pilli as the sender on the shipping label.

Where is my order?
You can easily check your order and make changes to subscriptions by logging into your Account Page. For everything else, reach out to us (hello@pilliproducts.com) and we’ll help answer any questions you have.
What form of payments do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, Paypal, and Apple Pay.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hour of placing your order. Please get it touch with us: hello@pilliproducts.com
Will my prescription bottle fit?
Right now Pilli is designed to fit CVS prescription bottles ONLY. Please read the product description for measurements and dimensions. More pharmacies will be coming soon!
Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with anything you received, please get in touch within 30 days with your order number and we’ll make it right (hello@pilliproducts.com).
How do I place an exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your Pilli! At this time, we do not process exchanges. You will have to return your original Pilli purchased within 30 days and order another Pilli of your choice.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at (hello@pilliproducts.com) and we’ll be sure to make it right!
